Teenage Ghost
Vi glared at Belenda and then walked off towards Fortuness. She walked into the store, “I wonder if you could help me.” Vi walked up boldly to the counter and leaned on it in front of Eartha. “I was wondering if you knew a banishment spell for lingering spirits.”
Eartha tensed up, her face turned to a stern frown.
“I know what you did to my friend.” Vi played with the crystal necklaces on the display stand, making sure they clinked together. “If you know what’s good for you, you’ll release him back to the earth.” Vi then looked expressionless at Eartha.
Small vials of essential oils labeled for things such as Love or Luck began to explode one by one in their wooden display rack. “Answer.”, Vi commanded.
Eartha said nothing.
Vi drew in a deep breath. “Old woman. I will be back, and I wont be alone. Answer me.”
Eartha was not sure if she meant spirit or human companions would be with her. She decided to speak, “I did nothing to your friend. I have no spirits bound to me.”
The bottles stopped exploding. “You know who I’m talking about?” Vi questioned.
“Jeff.” Eartha replied.
