Vampires

Alfonz Reiniger had heard enough from his English guest. Three months this vampire had stayed with him, laying out her plan to Farm humans.
    Yes, he’d seen this before.
Alfonz sat and watched the fire blazing in his fireplace. Three rooms away Elizabeth slept, un-watched, unprotected. It would be a wiser plan to destroy her and then implement the plan as his own. Easier still to have someone to blame when it all goes wrong. Decisions ran through his mind of what must be done.
What kind of coincidence was this, friend or foe? This girl happens upon one of his tribe, with her plans of domination.
He had done it all before. From the ground up. Without any detection from outside forces. He was paranoid of her motives, did she know who he was. Did she know what he did? Is that why she came to him? Did she deliberately seek him out?
He turned and faced the direction of her room. He could not allow her to survive if she knew.
Viktor walked in interrupting all thought.
“What are the winning factors for an army?” Alfonz questioned.
    “Strategy, Strength, and Surveillance.”
“Lets say we were to raise an army of vampires then. We would need a sustainable supply of virgin blood. It will take years to do this, however we can see now hunters will always exist. Time is our ally.” Alfonz began to unfold the plan. “The first thing we must do is take as many as we can within breeding age and let them breed.”
“They are not animals.” Viktor scoffed.
Alfonz was unmoved. “In the right conditions with their humanity stripped of them for long enough, that is exactly what they become.”
Viktor looked at Alfonz, he was uncertain if this was a request or demand type of meeting. He saw sitting in front of him the man that he had met so long ago near the Russian border. He knew this man was a Nazi soldier. He knew whatever was to come it would be that background Alfonz drew from. A form of darkness he had almost forgotten existed.
“The teenagers, they run away from home and breed like rats in the streets anyway. They carry their disease on to the next generation and the next. Sadly the days of purity and chastity are gone and have left us with a tasteless tainted food supply. However, there are those who still retain a level of purity in their blood.”
“You need hospital records?” Viktor glanced out the window. “Howard to hack the DNA database?”
    “To start.”Alfonz responded.
