Lucky

Some would say this uncomfortable silence hurts their ears,
Some would say the pain’s too great after all these years.
Some would say it’s just to difficult to live life all alone,
Some would say I’m lucky, cause I don’t mind the silence drone.
I’m not like you, don’t make me try,
I’m not like you, just wave bye-bye.
Some would say this confusion is driving them completely insane,
Some would say it’s just too much and point fingers of blame.
Some would say Love simply really doesn’t exist here,
Some would say I’m lucky, cause to me it’s all too clear.
I’m not like you, just turn and walk away,
I’m not like you, and I don’t wanna be that way.
Some would say that life, it just goes round and round,
Some would say you search but never an answer is found.
Some would say you can’t see the forest for the trees,
Some would say I’m lucky, cause I bring em to their knees.
I’m not like you, call it what you want,
I’m not like you, no feelings you can taunt.
Some would say it’s about control, others want to win,
Some would say it’s all about pleasures, others call it Sin.
Some would say remorse is the teacher of our way,
Some would say I’m lucky, if I ever live to see that day.
I’m not like you, I will always fight,
I’m not like you, and I know I’m right.
